Delivery
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment. Our items are shipped with two different shipping methods. During checkout you can choose one of the shipment method below:
Expedited Shipping via FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL – (Fully trackable and requires a signature during delivery)
We will ship the item/s to the delivery address that you have provided during your order. Please make sure the delivery address that you have provided is up to date and correct. We will not take responsibility if the parcel/s lost in the post due to incorrect delivery addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) after shipment. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Please take into consideration that above delivery times are only estimated, and occasionally these may take longer due to postal strikes, custom regulations, extreme weather conditions and holiday seasons such as Christmas, Bank holidays, etc.
The post service that we use usually pretty fast and reliable, and most of the times items get delivered within a good time frame, although please appreciate that we have no control over the postal services and these may be vary. If your item/s takes longer than normal to be delivered, please first to check it with your local post office or depot to see if they have any information about your parcel. We would appreciate it if you could also leave another while for the delivery if your item delayed in the post. Please rest assure that in the case if your item not delivered or lost in the post, you will receive a full refund.
You will most likely need a signature at the delivery, if no one present at during delivery attempt, item probably will be taking back to the local post office or depot for collection. Usually a delivery attempt/collection notice should be left for you. Post offices will only keep the item/s for a certain time for collection, so if you fail to collect your item on time then the item/s will be returned to the sender. If we receive any item/s in the post due to not claimed or incorrect delivery address, we will first contact you and explain the situation. If you wish us to resend the item/s, we will need to charge you the shipping and handling fees again as the item/s was returned out of our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying
Returns
We appreciate the fact that not everyone will always be happy with their order. Well that is not a problem! If you are not happy with your item/s, then you can simply return it unused, its in original condition within 14 days for a refund. Made to orders items only refundable due to a significant defects, missing parts, etc. on the item/s.
